TFT Gauges: Advanced Instrumentation for Modern Vehicles

Progauges products introduce an advanced digital instrument cluster and TFT smart gauge series featuring 19 configurations, ranging from 1.44-inch single-function displays to 7-inch heavy-duty dashboards. Engineered for OEM/ODM integration, this series serves commercial trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, and electric vehicles. Supporting both analog signals and the SAE J1939 CAN bus gauge protocol, it communicates directly with the engine ECU to monitor oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, fuel levels, and battery SOC with exceptional precision and reliability.

Product Description

Overview

TG-0207 is a 2.1-inch circular TFT OBD II multi-function digital gauge, developed as an extension of the existing OTVF (oil pressure, temperature, voltage, fuel level) gauge, with a 480 × 480 high-resolution circular display and an integrated warning light. It connects through the vehicle OBD II diagnostic port and uses the SAE J1939 CAN Bus protocol to read engine oil pressure, temperature, system voltage, and fuel level directly, and to read and display Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC). Users cycle through four display modes with a push button; when a value moves outside its safe range, the numeric display, bar graph, and warning light all turn red for clear at-a-glance reading on larger dashboards. The plug-and-play design installs simply with the supplied OBD II cable and wiring harness. It is intended primarily as an aftermarket solution for dashboard upgrades and diagnostic monitoring on vehicles equipped with an OBD II diagnostic port, and is suitable for ICE (gasoline & diesel) and Hybrid platforms.

Display Modes & Diagnostics

Oil Pressure

0.0 – 10.0 bar; the numeric display, bar graph, and warning light all turn red at or below 0.5 bar.

Temperature

the numeric display, bar graph, and warning light all turn red at or above 100°C; green at or below 99°C.

Voltmeter

12V system 8.0 – 16.0 V (red ≤ 12.0 V); 24V system 20.0 – 32.0 V (red ≤ 24.0 V).

Fuel Level

0 – 100%; the numeric display, bar graph, and warning light all turn red at or below 10%.

DTC Diagnostics

Flashes three times when a DTC appears and shows a fault icon at the top-right of the main display; clears automatically after maintenance.

Features

▸ Circular High-Resolution Display — 480 × 480 with synchronized warning light and bar graph.

▸ Plug-and-Play — Reads data through the OBD II port; no extra sensor wiring required.

▸ Four-in-One Display with DTC — Oil pressure, temperature, voltage, fuel level, and DTC read-out; switchable by button.

▸ IP65 Protection — 8–32 VDC wide-voltage range.

Markets & Applications

Intended primarily for the aftermarket — for dashboard upgrades and multi-parameter monitoring on vehicles equipped with an OBD II diagnostic port.
