Progauges products introduce an advanced digital instrument cluster and TFT smart gauge series featuring 19 configurations, ranging from 1.44-inch single-function displays to 7-inch heavy-duty dashboards. Engineered for OEM/ODM integration, this series serves commercial trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, and electric vehicles. Supporting both analog signals and the SAE J1939 CAN bus gauge protocol, it communicates directly with the engine ECU to monitor oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, fuel levels, and battery SOC with exceptional precision and reliability.

TG-0104 is a 1.44-inch TFT digital fuel level gauge for vehicle fuel management, with a 128 × 128 display, a 0–100% measurement range, and a red low-fuel alert at or below 10%. Two signal versions are offered: TG-0104-001 uses the SAE J1939 CAN Bus protocol to read directly from the engine ECU, while TG-0104 reads analog output from a fuel level sensor. Typical applications include heavy-duty trucks, buses, passenger cars, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forklifts, and generator sets — for fuel management and range planning. Available for OEM / ODM design development and aftermarket use, and supports integration on ICE (gasoline & diesel) and Hybrid platforms.
TG-0104-001 | CAN Bus
Uses the SAE J1939 CAN Bus protocol to read fuel level data directly from the engine for accurate, real-time monitoring.
TG-0104 | Analog Signal
Reads analog signals from the engine's fuel level sensor. A compatible sensor is required.
▸ Data Transmission — SAE J1939 support for digital instrument cluster integration.
