Product Description
Overview
The C8023 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for underbody and chassis-mounted systems, supporting sensors, actuators, and low-voltage links. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 5A–25A, with PVC insulation, optional shielding for sensor signals, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722, with IP67 or higher protection, a UV- / oil- / salt-resistant, high-abrasion jacket, and dedicated retaining clips. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for routing, clip positions, and protection rating.
