Overview
The C8022 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV front harness, bridging vehicle front-end modules with power and signals for headlamps, fog lamps, ADAS sensors, cameras, and related control modules. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 10A–30A, with PVC insulation, optional EMI shielding for ADAS / camera signals, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722 and ISO 16750 (vibration). It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for branch layout, IP rating, and connector type per vehicle configuration.
