Product Description
Overview
The C8021 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV door harness, bridging the door control unit (DCU) and in-door electronic modules to carry power and signals for window-lift motors, central door locks, electric mirrors, speakers, and door lighting. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 5A–25A, with PVC insulation, a multi-branch structure, and flexible grommets and waterproof connectors at the pass-through, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722 and ISO 16750 (vibration). It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for branch layout, connector type, and length per vehicle configuration.
