Overview

The C8020 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for the primary CAN A network, supporting real-time data exchange among the vehicle control unit, sensors, and actuators. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 1A–5A (CAN bus signals), with PVC insulation, and dual twisted-pair plus foil / braid shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, CAN per SAE J1939 and cable per ISO 6722, with high signal integrity and a vibration-resistant build. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for network topology, connectors, and length.
