Overview
The C8016 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV adapter harness for onboard charger (CHG) connections, focused on HMI integration to relay charging status, progress, and user feedback. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 5A–20A, with PVC insulation, and foil / braid shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722 and related charging-communication protocols, using waterproof connectors and a vibration-resistant build. It integrates with the progauges EV charging system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for pinout, HMI-compatible routing, and connector type.
