Overview
The C8012 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV adapter harness for battery control unit (BCU) connections, bridging battery-control signals to the vehicle main communication network. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 2A–10A, with PVC insulation, and foil / braid shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722 and vibration-tested per ISO 16750, with secure crimping and a vibration-resistant build. It integrates with the progauges EV BMS and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for connector type, pinout, length, and shielding.
