Product Description

Overview

The C8009 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for battery control unit (BCU) connections, carrying voltage, temperature, and status signals and distributing them to body systems and auxiliary electronics through a multi-branch structure. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 1A–8A, with PVC insulation, and foil-plus-braid shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722, SAE J1939, or equivalent BMS / BCU standards, with integrated voltage / temperature sensing. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for branch layout, sensor count, and connectors.
