Overview
The C8005 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for low-voltage circuits, connecting lighting, sensors, actuators, and auxiliary systems. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 5A–30A (per gauge and circuit), with PVC insulation, and optional EMI shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722, SAE J1128, or equivalent low-voltage standards, with vibration resistance, UV / oil resistance, and multi-branch routing. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for branches, connectors, and length.
