Overview

The KT580 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) 23-way electronic control module (ECM) with software-configurable I/O and dual CAN interfaces for dedicated control logic, message mapping, and dynamic input / output configuration. The 23 ways are firmware-configurable as analog / digital inputs or high-side / low-side outputs, rated voltage 9–36V DC, standby current < 100 mA and up to 5A (per output configuration), CAN interface 2× CAN 2.0B (programmable ID, CAN FD-compatible, 125 kbps–1 Mbps), operating temperature -40°C to +85°C / +105°C, in an IP67 sealed housing with a diagnostic LED and reflashable firmware, compliant with SAE J1939, ISO 11898, CISPR 25 (EMC), and ISO 16750 (vibration). It integrates with EV harness systems and E-Mobility fuse boxes and is customizable for CAN ID, I/O mapping, and application logic.
