Product Description

Overview

The C8004 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV charging inlet harness compatible with CCS1 and CCS2 standards, bridging the vehicle charging inlet to the onboard charger (OBC), battery management system (BMS), and charging controller. It uses multi-strand tin-plated copper conductors, high-temperature insulation, and multilayer EMI shielding, with a high-voltage orange TPE / PUR jacket and vibration-resistant build, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, compliant with ISO 6722 and equivalent automotive standards. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for length, connector type, and signal routing per vehicle inlet configuration.
