Overview
The C8003 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV high-voltage power cable for inverter-to-traction-motor output on electric buses, supporting multiphase high-voltage AC transmission. Rated voltage is up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC, current rating 200A–400A and above (per phase count), conductor cross-section 35–120 mm², with XLPE / XLPO (halogen-free) insulation and reinforced multilayer EMI suppression, a low heat-buildup and high-dielectric design, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, compliant with ISO 6722, ISO 19642, LV 216, or equivalent HV standards. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for phase count, current rating, bend radius, and thermal conditions.
