Overview

The C8002 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV high-voltage power cable for internal connections in battery energy storage systems (BESS), such as battery-to-inverter and module-to-module links, supporting high-voltage DC transmission. Rated voltage is up to 1500V DC, with stranded copper or aluminum conductors, high-grade XLPE or silicone-rubber (halogen-free) insulation, and multilayer EMI / EMC shielding, a UL 94V-0 / VW-1 flame rating, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, UV / ozone / oil resistance, and compatibility with high-current quick-connect or busbar terminations, compliant with ISO 6722, ISO 19642, and LV 216 extended automotive / ESS standards. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for insulation, temperature class, and termination.
