Overview
The C8001 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV high-voltage power cable for electric-bus main battery connections, supporting high-voltage DC transmission and large current capacity. Rated voltage is up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC, current rating 250A–500A (per conductor cross-section), conductor cross-section 35–120 mm², with bare-copper or aluminum-alloy conductors, XLPE / XLPO (halogen-free) insulation, and multilayer EMI / EMC shielding, operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, meeting or exceeding ISO 6722, ISO 19642, LV 216, or equivalent automotive HV standards, with a VW-1 / UL 94V-0 flame rating. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for conductor size, voltage / current, and termination.
