Overview
The KT758 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) crankshaft alignment sensor using Hall-effect detection of gear signals with a square-wave output for engine speed, timing, and phase alignment. Air gap is 0.5–1.5 mm (adjustable), frequency up to 10 kHz, rated voltage 5V / 12V / 24V DC, operating temperature -40°C to +150°C, with a steel or plastic housing and IP67 sealing, compliant with ISO 16750 (vibration) and CISPR 25 (EMC), with optional integrated temperature sensing. Specified to customer requirements; compatible with ECU and EV harness systems.
