Digital Instruments: Enhance Vehicle Efficiency

This category includes 9 SAE J1939 CAN Bus digital instrument clusters, with display sizes ranging from a 7-inch forklift cluster through 10.1-inch and 12.3-inch digital clusters, up to a 15.6-inch in-vehicle information center. The products are intended for OEM / ODM integration and OEM / aftermarket applications on commercial vehicles, buses, construction equipment, forklifts, new-energy vehicles, and hydrogen vehicles. SAE J1939 CAN Bus is supported across the series, with signal exchange to the engine ECU, battery management system (BMS), EV controllers, and emissions subsystems (DEF / DPF) — with applications covering commercial vehicle digital dashboard upgrades, electric bus cluster integration, and custom construction equipment instrument clusters.

Product Description

Overview

The EB89080 is an SAE J1939 CAN Bus instrument cluster for hydrogen, electric, and hybrid powered buses. A three-screen architecture is used: a 4.3-inch primary display (480 × 272) with dual 7-inch secondary displays (800 × 480). Battery management system (BMS) data, system voltage (0 – 900 V), system current (0 – 1000 A), vehicle speed, engine RPM, temperature, air pressure, total / trip odometer, and 22 indicator lights are partitioned across the three displays. A KET 64P connector is used; the front panel is IP65 rated. Applications include electric bus clusters, hydrogen fuel cell bus instruments, hybrid bus cluster integration, and OEM / ODM projects for new-energy urban and intercity public transportation vehicles.

Complete signal exchange with powertrain controllers, EV harnesses, and the battery management system (BMS) is supported via SAE J1939 CAN Bus.

Key Features

▸ Built for New-Energy Powertrains

High-voltage system monitoring (0 – 900 V), high-current monitoring (0 – 1000 A), and full BMS integration — for electric, hybrid, and hydrogen-powered buses.

▸ Dual-Screen Display Architecture

A 4.3-inch primary display with dual 7-inch secondary displays delivers comprehensive, clearly partitioned vehicle status information.

▸ EV Harness and Powertrain Integration

SAE J1939 CAN Bus integrates with powertrain controllers, EV harnesses, and the BMS to support sustainable operations.

▸ Urban Bus Durability

IP65-rated front panel supports frequent stop-start cycles and long-duration urban bus operations.

Applications

Electric buses, hybrid buses, hydrogen fuel cell buses, and other new-energy urban and intercity public transportation vehicles.
