Overview

The EB89070 is an SAE J1939 CAN Bus diesel engine bus instrument cluster with a 7-Segment LCD display. Vehicle speed, engine RPM, fuel level, coolant temperature, total / trip odometer, dual air pressure channels, urea (DEF) level, voltage, oil pressure, gear position, and 37 indicator lights are integrated on a single interface, covering Euro 4 / 5 / 6 emissions data requirements. A KET 64P connector is used; the front panel is IP65 rated. Applications include diesel city bus clusters, intercity coach instrument integration, commercial bus digital cluster upgrades, and OEM / ODM projects compliant with Euro 4 / 5 / 6 emissions regulations.

A multi-source input architecture is used: half of the input signals are received via SAE J1939 CAN Bus and the other half via traditional digital / analog sensors, allowing integration of both the bus ECU and existing analog sensor wiring.
